All walks will start at 6.30pm prompt every Tuesday

Walks will be 4-5 miles in length off road so correct clothing should be worn.

Meet outside the Red Lion public house in Ashington, West Sussex for a 10a.m. start (Ashington is 2 miles north of the Washington roundabout on the A24). On street parking is available in the roads either side of the Red Lion - in Mill Lane or Church Lane.

The walk, which is to the west of Ashington, is 5 miles in length over an undulating route with a couple of short but steeper climbs.

No lunch arrangements have been made.
