Meet at Ardingly reservoir car park for a 10.00am start.
The reservoir is one mile south of Ardingly village. Go west off College Road 400 yards south of Ardingly college.
The access road is signposted for the reservoir - you will need a £1.00 coin to park in the car park. No toilets.
The gently undulating walk is about 5 miles in length & takes us under the spectacular Ouse valley viaduct (you may
want to take a camers for this). Local pubs at Ardingly village are the Ardingly Inn & the Oak.

Meet at Bignor Hill Car Park. (Grid Reference SU 974128) for a 10.00am start.
Take the A27 to Arundel, then the A284 to Whiteways Lodge & proceed on the A29. At the bottom of Bury Hill
take the left turning to Bignor & approx 1/2 mile along the road look for the sign Bignor Hill Car Park.
This 6 mile walk starts with a short but fairly steep descent to Bignor village (if weather is bad this can be avoided
by walking down the road) & crosses undulating countryside through Sutton to Barlavington. There is then a moderate
climb back up to the South Downs Way & the car park with glorious views across the weald.
